Yes. We provide real-time flight tracking for all airport transfers. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust accordingly at no extra charge. We also provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international arrivals.

Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board displaying your name. For Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), this is in the international arrivals area after customs and immigration.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Between 12–24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Less than 12 hours or no-show results in the full charge. Flight delays are always accommodated with complimentary waiting time.
